CODE OF CONDUCT

IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A SAFE, SECURE AND PLEASANT ENVIRONMENT, WE ASK THAT ALL VISITORS COMPLY AT ALL TIMES WITH THE PRIVATE PROPERTY CODE OF CONDUCT.

  1. Electric bicycle riding, hoverboard riding, electric scooter riding, or operating other non-licensed motorized vehicles (except motorized wheelchairs or similar devices due to medical necessity) is prohibited.

  2. Skateboarding and roller blading are prohibited.

  3. Disruptive behavior of any kind is prohibited, including, without limitation, running, shouting, horseplay, throwing of objects, unnecessary gathering, and disorderly conduct.

  4. Possession of open alcoholic beverages, except in designated areas, is prohibited.

  5. Smoking, except in designated areas, is prohibited.

  6. Pets must be secured on a leash or in a carrier.

  7. No loitering or soliciting.

  8. Engaging in non-commercial expressive activity, without prior approval, is prohibited.


This center is a privately owned property. Visitors who do not act responsibly may be asked to leave. If they refuse to leave the property, they may be arrested and prosecuted for criminal trespass.
